Remember when ....

Remember when ...

Twinpoles were readily avialable at your local supermarket?

Chocolate gave you energy and not kilos?

You would quite happily walk across the park and up the street to the deli without a second thought?

A three megapixel camera was labelled "INGENIOUS"

It cost 50cents to go to school on the train?

There was a cents sign on the keyboard??? (I don't know if there ever was but there should have been)

You pretty much had to squint to see the writing on the computer screen?

While you were on the internet if the phone would ring it would disconnect?

Two familys of 5 would fit in a station wagon?

Life goes by so quickly and it seems things just keep getter bigger and better and materialism is huge! People are never truly happy with what they have, its not big enough, not fast enough, not cool enough, not new enough, not up to MY STANDARDS! 

Well lets always remember that ...

One day everything that we have will be gone. None of our wordly possessions will come with us. Lets be happy with what we have and remember those who don't have the things we do.  Above all have faith that God gives what we need!

I must admit that "I" was kinda a hard one.

Doing this photo challenge actually makes me think about stuff, usually in my own house, that start with different letters.

Anyways I decided to have a bit of a play with some ice and food colouring to make it abit more interesting.

H is for Holy Bible.

We are so blessed that we are able to read the Bible whenever we can. 

We are so blessed to be able to go to church free from presecution.

God chose US! Christ died for US! 

God is an AWESOME God and is greatly to be praised.

Let us never forget how blessed we really are!

The smell of: Rain in the summer time. So fresh and alive!

The sound of: My phone beeping (knowing its SJ arranging for a catch up)

The taste of: Yoghurt and granola

The sight of: Rain droplets running down my window.

The feel of: The cool breeze running through our house.

Dunsborough = family, relaxing and above all LOTS of FUN!

We spent the weekend in Dunsborough with my family for my dad and mums 30th anniversary. 

This was a fun afternoon spent at the park.
