baby baby baby

Well who would have thought that buying baby things could be so much fun!
ME!
I must admit not knowing the sex of Peanut has made things so very exciting and the extra bonus is that I get to decorate everything in GREEN! That way no matter whether Peanut is a little DUDE or a little CHICKY it doesn't matter because I can add other colours. oh the joy. Here is a little snap shot of how Peanuts room is coming along. Still waiting on change table and cupboard so some of the bigger things like cot etc will move but just to share the progress. :)

Then there are the little bits and pieces that I am totally in love with.

 Peanuts first bank account :)

Books, books and more books.
With one special one from Uncle Owen, Aunty Bron, Ella & Sami.
God gave us You!

Crumpler, I am in love with the Crumpler bags. They are actually designed as camera/laptop bags but hey they serve for a good baby bag I reckon. The other one is actually my camera case but I thought I would use the suitcase part as my hospital bag.

And of course who could forget the nappies.

Can't wait to meet our little Peanut!

Remember?

WOW!

How lazy am I? (that's a hypothetical question by the way) Its been over two months since I have posted anything on here). So here is a short run down on what has happened since I have been gone.
Bruce & Clares wedding, which I was very fortunate to tag along to as "assistant photographer". I didn't do much at all but I still had lots of fun and many laughs. Wishing Bruce & Clare all of Gods many blessings in your years together. And thanks to (UNCLE) Mark for letting me tag along in your shadows.

I was "abandoned" by my family for a little while with Murray & Alyssa being in Brisbane and Dad & Mum being in NZ. We celebrated Christmas with my family and New Years in Busselton with friends. The power went out on New years eve an we all thought we would be in for an early boring night as we were told it wouldnt come back on until 1230. but it was only out for an hour. :) they like covering their little "behinds" sometimes. :)

I did a short photo-shoot with Rich, Bex & Mia. It was good fun and great to catch up with them again before they headed off to the land of the great white cloud for Russell & Rachel's wedding.
GORGEOUS LITTLE GIRL

"CLASSIC"  family photo.

In amongst that we had news from Owen & Bronya that they are moving to London. Yes London England as in Queen, Royal Wedding etc etc. While we knew that they were going to be gone for 2 - 2 1/2 years the thought of them coming back was a small flicker in my mind. Good news though that Ella's allergies have somewhat reduced. I'm hoping that by the time you come back Princess that you won't be allergic to Peanut cos that could prove a little difficult :) smiles hugs and kisses to you all.

I also had my gestational diabetes test and passed so that was reassuring. I have gone from being almost 24 weeks pregnant to now almost 35 weeks. Time really has flown by and Peanut is doing exceptionally well as far as the doctor tells me. If moving around means anything then he/she is going to be well lets just say an EXTREMELY active child. Its still so amazing to be blessed to carry one of God's children, to watch the growing and experience all the things a pregnancy brings with it. My pregnancy has gone extremely well with no problems so far. We just pray that God will keep all of us in His care and that in about 5 1/2 weeks we will be blessed with a healthy and happy baby.

That now brings us to more recent events. We celebrated a few family birthdays even though most of the people were away on the day. Owen - 20th Jan. Alyssa 26th Jan and we went out for breakfast to the left bank which was really good. Damien - 14th Jan but he was in Canada. Grant 15th Jan we went over for a quiet drink after dinner, good to catch up again. Yesterday 1st Feb was my Dad & Mums 31st wedding anniversary. We didn't do anything (as yet) but we know that they know that they were in our thoughts and prayers and we thank them very much for being the great support that they are and for the continued love they show to us all. Love you muchly.

TODAY. Well today is Sami's birthday. She has gone from being a little baby girl at 1 to being a little lady who is now moving into her 3rd year of life. Today she turns 2. I miss her terribly and long for those precious cuddles. I pray that God will continue to bless you little girl and keep you safe. Also hoping that your slight medical complications fix themselves up. Keep smiling Drama Queen. :)

This year also marks the beginning of school for Mr MOO. Riley has started kindy and as far as reported there were no tears and I'm sure he lots of fun. I spoke to him on the phone on Monday and he was going to "do painting and play blocks and Aunty Hayley there's even a PUTER at school there is."

So that has been life over the past couple of months. The months ahead I am sure will be filled with lots of exciting times as we begin the journey to the end of pregnancy. Doctors visits have become more frequent and it really is becoming quite exciting and scary at the same time.

I promise I will try to keep you more updated and also be more vigilant with photos. My camera has been feeling very neglected over the past couple of months and I plan to get in abit more practice before Peanut arrives.

Below is a vary BAD photo of my not so pregnant looking belly at 23 weeks. I will try to post some more recent ones soon (as soon as I get around to getting some :))

 Love (Aunty) Hayley
